TranSystems offers an extensive array of employee benefits that enables an employee the opportunity to customize a plan to fit their lifestyle:

Medical Plan - TranSystems provides an optional basic individual health insurance policy for all full-time employees. Employees can purchase optional individual health coverage or family health insurance for domestic partners, spouse, and dependents for which TranSystems pays a substantial portion of the premium.

Dental Plan - Individual dental insurance is provided to all full-time employees. Employees can purchase optional dental coverage or family dental insurance for domestic partners, spouse, and dependents.

Vision Plan - TranSystems provides an optional basic individual vision insurance policy for all full-time employees. Employees can purchase optional vision coverage or family vision insurance for domestic partners, spouses, and dependents.

Flexible Spending (FSA)/Section 125 "Cafeteria Plan" - All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan. The plan provides a method for the employee to fund payment of selected benefits with pre-tax dollars. These benefits include employee paid health and dental premiums, dependent care assistance and a medical expense reimbursement plan.

Short and Long Term Disability - Providing an additional financial safety net for our employees is important to TranSystems. This complimentary disability insurance benefit is provided to all full-time employees of the company.

Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment - TranSystems provides a group life insurance plan to all full-time employees that covers one (1) times their annual salary up to $300,000. Additional voluntary life insurance is available for employees and their dependents at an additional cost for the employee.

Voluntary Life Insurance - All full-time employees are eligible to obtain additional life insurance coverage for themselves as the individual, their spouse and/or domestic partner, and child(ren) at their own cost that is portable should they leave TranSystems employment.

Qualified Retirement Plan -TranSystems's 401(k) plan allows all employees of the firm to defer a portion of their income to their own personal retirement account on a pre-tax basis. The plan allows flexibility in investment choices with a variety of funds options. All part-time and full-time employees are eligible for participation effective the first day of each month following the date of hire.

Matching on Qualified Retirement Plan - TranSystems matches a percentage of each participating employee's elective deferral contributions monthly into an Employee Stock Ownership Fund (ESOF). Employer contributions to the ESOF will be based on a percentage of the employee deferral contributions into the 401(k). Contributions will be in the form of company stock or cash based on an internal matching percentage.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - This complimentary professional diagnostic and referral service is a benefit for employees and their immediate family. An employee and/or their immediate family may, without charge, benefit from the early detection, care and handling of problems in the areas of personal or emotional problems, drug abuse, legal problems or alcoholism.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan - Commonly referred to as the 701 Plan, this plan provides all full-time employees the opportunity to purchase both voting and non-voting company stock.

Leave Pay - TranSystems offers a competitive paid time off program that includes: annual leave, sick leave, holidays, military leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, and professional license exam leave.

International Business Travel Medical Plan - TranSystems provides medical coverage at no cost to the eligible employee when traveling on business outside their home country.

Worker's Compensation - When an employee is injured due to an occupational illness or accident, they may be entitled to Worker's Compensation benefits. These benefits may include payment of medical expenses and pay for time away from work due to work-related illness or injury.

Long-Term Care Insurance - Planning for the future is important. This is a voluntary benefit available to full-time employees and other qualified participants. These portable plans are available to purchase to provide coverage to individuals who are unable to perform two of six activities of daily living or who suffer from cognitive impairment.

Continuing Education and Tuition Reimbursement - All employees are encouraged to enroll in classes, courses, and seminars that will improve their professional and technical capabilities. In order to assist in this development TranSystems has committed itself to a training and education budget.

Recognition Awards - a variety of programs are in place to reward and recognize individual outstanding performance and contributions to the firm.
